   In the south, long and medium grain milled rice prices steady to weak.  
Parboiled prices steady.  Second heads and Brewers prices mostly steady, 
instances 2.00 higher in Texas.  Rice by-products: Rice Bran prices mostly 
steady instances 5.00-10.00 lower, Millfeed and Rice Hulls steady.              
   In California, medium grain milled rice prices steady to 1.00 lower.  Second 
heads and Brewers steady.  Rice by-products: Rice Bran prices steady to 20.00 
lower and Rice hulls steady.
