The market is slow on most items due to the holidays.   The markets are      
mostly steady with spot unsettledness noted.  Demand light.   Offerings      
light to moderate.  Trading slow.  For domestic: fresh 15-20%  mechanically  
separated turkey 18 pet foodcents delivered.  For export:  frozen scapula
