Weekly Eastern Region Breaking Stock                                            
                                                                                

Prices are steady with a steady undertone.  Offerings are light to              
moderate.  Demand is mixed, but usually moderate.  Floor stocks 
are moderate to occasionally heavy for normal to instances over-time 
breaking schedules.  Market activity is moderate. The National shell 
egg breaking stock inventory is 3.2% lower when compared to a week ago.                      
                                                                                

Prices in cents per dozen, delivered to breakers, 48 lb. minimum net weight
