Weekly Eastern Region Breaking Stock                                            
                                                                                

Prices are steady.  Trade sentiment is usually steady.  Offerings are           
moderate to instances heavy.  Demand is light to moderate.  Supplies are       
moderate for normal to extended breaking schedules.  Market activity is        
slow to moderate.  The Eastern region shell egg breaking stock inventory 
is 3% lower, however the National shell egg breaking stock inventory is 
3.4% higher than a week ago.                                                         
                                                                                

Prices in cents per dozen, delivered to breakers, 48 lb. minimum net weight
