Weekly Eastern Region Breaking Stock                                            
                                                                                

Prices are steady to lower for breaking stock.  Trade sentiment is steady.      
Offerings are light to moderate.  Supplies vary and are adequate to at          
times ample for needs.  Demand is light to moderate.  Breaking schedules        
are full-time to instances over-time.  Market activity slows.  Cases broken     
under federal inspection for week ending 12-Jan-2019 were 33% more than the     
previous week and 12% higher than the same week last year.                      
                                                                                

Prices in cents per dozen, delivered to breakers, 48 lb. minimum net weight
