Present offerings and demand are light. Supplies are moderate to heavy for varied breaking schedules. Monday's National shell egg breaking stock inventory was 13% higher. Market activity is slow. Cases broken under federal inspection for week ended 22-Dec-2018 were 6% higher than the previous week and 24% higher than the same week last year. Prices in cents per dozen, delivered to breakers, 48 lb. minimum net weight per 30 dozen case, eggs from table egg layers. Packaging may vary.
