     Skim Milk Powder - South America

     In the Southern Cone of South America, the production of skim milk powder (SMP) is more
     active. More skim milk volumes are clearing into dryers. Consequently, SMP inventories are
     more accessible in the market, which in turn are pushing down SMP values. In fact, during
     the past two weeks, SMP free on board export prices adjusted steady to lower in order to
     reflect the current steady to bearish condition of the market. Compared to a month ago. SMP
     export transactions from Argentina/Uruguay to Brazil are more active with fair interest from
     costumers/end users.
