     Skim Milk Powder - South America

     In South America, specifically the Southern Cone region, during the past two weeks, free on
     board port prices remained steady, on light trading. At this point, condensed skim milk
     volumes are becoming more available for drying. Nevertheless, SMP production is irregular as
     most balancing plant managers focus on WMP production. In general, SMP inventories are in
     balance to meet any contractual or spot need.

     Price Range - 1.25% Butterfat; $/MT:                   2,350 - 2,650
