     With higher condensed skim milk volumes around the Southern Cone region, drying schedules
     for SMP are more active in many balancing plants. Thus, SMP inventories are growing,
     becoming more accessible in the regional and international markets. As a result, SMP free on
     board export prices shifted lower during the past two weeks. However, SMP prices are
     expected to stabilize or recover very soon, as this niche market is very volatile within the
     region.
