Compared to the previous week, the regional market undertone is firmer as the current supply is below its general demand. The bulk of condensed buttermilk volumes continue moving into Class II, limiting drying time. In this way, outside of contract coverage, dry buttermilk inventories are tight. Demands from dry mix manufacturers and bakers are fair/good and expected to inch up soon as the fall/winter season approaches.
