Production of condensed and powder will be higher as more churning will take place this week. Stocks range from tight to extremely tight. The market has a firm undertone. East: The East dry buttermilk spot market is mostly untested as prices held at the bottom, but increased at the top, leading up to Thanksgiving. With the limited cream supply in the region, dry buttermilk stocks are nonexistent at some East manufacturing plants. Inventories are expected to build slightly over the holiday period. Light activity was noted for regular customer transactions. The spot market undertone is steady.
