The Southeast shell egg inventory is 3.9 percent lower when compared to the previous week. Offerings are light to moderate. Demand into retail and distributive channels is moderate to good, best where features are noted and schools back in session. Market activity is moderate to active. In the Eastern region, breaking stock offerings are light for the moderate to fairly good demand. Spent fowl offerings declined slightly and less available than last week; processing schedules are normal to less than normal.
