Illinois Direct Slaughter Sows and Boars

demand for light to moderate offerings.  

US 1-3 under 400 lbs.   10.00-14.00 
         400-500 lbs.   11.00-15.00 
         500-600 lbs.   13.00-17.00  
        Over 600 lbs.   15.00-19.00          

Boars: under 300 lbs.   10.00-15.00        
        over 300 lbs.   5.00-7.00

Barrows and gilts prices were steady, with moderate demand 
for moderate offerings. 

IL direct barrows and gilts: US 220-290 lbs. at 28.00 to 36.00.
