Fourth cutting of alfalfa in the works for producers with concerns of blister beetle issues for horse hay buyers taking hold. Most dairies limiting hay purchases adding to lack of demand and movement. Reports of some areas receiving three inches of rain over the week. Producers in Western and Southwestern side of the state experiencing drought like conditions.
