     Skim Milk Powder - Oceania

     Skim milk powder prices are mixed in Oceania. There is buyer resistance to upper range
     pricing, with more energy being spent seeking sources in Western Europe. However, tight
     markets led to price increases at the lower end of the price range, where buyers from
     Oceania are more at ease. Buyers are resigned to dealing with tighter supplies as seasonal
     milk production continues declining. Concerns with adverse impacts of dry conditions in New
     Zealand continue to be expressed.
