******Sheep and goat sale is on the third Friday of the month at 10:00 am******

   Compared to last month, feeder lambs sold 30.00 higher; slaughter lambs sold 
steady; slaughter ewes traded steady, slaughter rams scarce.  Few slaughter 
billies sold 10.00 higher; few nannies sold 10.00 higher, slaughter kids 
sold 15.00 higher, few feeder kids sold 5.00 lower and yearlings scarce; 
Demand uneven and supply light.  Sheep made up approximately 45 percent of 
the offering, 55 percent goats.

   Slaughter lambs:  Choice 1-2  40-71 lbs, 235.00-265.00; fancy pkg 51 lbs 
272.50; 75-90 lbs  172.00-215.00.  Choice 2  41-65 lbs 187.00-225.00.
 
   Yearling: Choice 1  Scarce:

   Feeder lambs:  Choice 1-2  few 29-38 lbs 225.00-240.00.

   Slaughter ewes:  Utility and Good 2-3  few 100-195 lbs, 75.00-105.00.

   Slaughter rams:  Scarce:

   Replacement ewes:  Good 2-3  80-118 lbs 105.00-130.00.
