     Whole Milk Powder - Europe

     Western European whole milk powder prices declined very slightly at the low end of the price
     range. Prices are steady at the top. The overall result is quite stable.

      Market activity is quiet. This week seems less active than last week, which was quieter
     than the previous week. Not much new contracting is happening in Western Europe for internal
     EU markets. Especially with prices remaining higher than in Oceania, WMP export activity
     from Western Europe is not very active. Manufacturers are easily able to handle the current
     demand for both internal and export sale.

     Milk Powder
     Price Range - 26% Butterfat; $/MT:                     3,200 - 3,375
