     Whole Milk Powder - Europe

     Whole milk powder prices in Western Europe are mixed with a narrowing price range. Internal
     European demand is mostly covered for short term needs. There are some customers who step
     out with current needs, but most shipments are from existing contracts. Export demand has
     relaxed.

     Production is getting ahead of demand and contracted sales. Manufacturers are not unduly
     stressed but would welcome a notching up of buyer interest.
     Prices for: Europe, All First Sales, Free on Board - Port, Conventional, and Edible Whole
     Milk Powder
     Price Range - 26% Butterfat; $/MT:                     3,350 - 3,400

     Secondary Sourced Information:

     EU WMP exports January-April 2019, 94,376 MT, decreased 25 percent from January-April 2018,
     according to Eurostat. While not a primary EU dairy export, manufacturers are disappointed
     in the lower export interest.
