Daily California Eggs                                                           
                                                                                

Prices are unchanged. Trade sentiment is higher. Demand is good. Offerings      
are light. Supplies are light to moderate. Market activity is active.           
Monday's shell egg inventories declined 5% in the Southwest and increased       
18.1% in the Northwest. The National egg inventory was down 1.6% when           
compared to last week.                                                          
                                                                                

Shell egg marketer's benchmark price for negotiated egg sales of                
USDA Grade AA and Grade AA in cartons, cents per dozen.  This                   
price does not reflect discounts or other contract terms.
