Feeder steers under 400 lbs traded unevenly steady, 400-800 lbs were steady to 5.00 higher and no comparable trades on steers over 800 lbs. Feeder heifers under 700 lbs traded mostly steady to 5.00 higher and heifers over 700 lbs were 3.00 to 7.00 lower on a light test. The feeder supply consisted of approximately 54 percent steers, 7 percent Holstein steers, 38 percent heifers, and 1 percent bulls. Feeder cattle over 600 lbs made up approximately 34 percent of the supply. The next available report will be Friday, December 14, 2018.
