     European whey prices are slightly higher at the low end of the price range, but steady at
     the top. Pricing has not varied much for the last couple of months, reflecting the stable
     nature of European whey markets as 2018 nears an end. Pricing is higher than one year ago.
     Some near-term buying interest is credited for the slight firming on low range pricing. No
     significant pricing changes are anticipated during the final weeks of the year because most
     regular buyers are covered. Stocks available for sale are at comfortable levels.
