California and regional prices are steady. Asking prices for next week's deliveries are trending steady on Medium and Small, while higher in California and steady to instances lower elsewhere on larger sizes. The undertone is steady to higher. Offerings are light to very light for Jumbo, light to moderate for the remaining sizes. Supplies are moderate to at times light in the South Central region, while usually moderate to heavy elsewhere for needs. Demand ranges light to good, mostly moderate. Delivery delays in the South Central region have been noted in some areas due to winter weather. Market activity is moderate, however slow to usually moderate in California. Breaking stock offerings are moderate to heavy for the light to moderate demand. Spent fowl offerings are light; processing schedules are normal to instances less than normal.
