The undertone is steady to instances fully steady. Supplies vary and are moderate to at times heavy for trade needs. The national shell egg inventory is 2.1 percent lower when compared to the previous week. Offerings are light to moderate. Demand into the retail channel is light to moderate and slightly better in areas with planned ads. Food service demand is mostly moderate to fairly good. Market activity is slow to moderate. Breaking stock floor stocks are light to usually moderate; breaking schedules are normal. Breaking stock inventory is down 5.5 percent from last week. Spent hen offerings are moderate to heavy for the light demand.
