SHELL EGGS: Daily National Egg Market-at-a-Glance 

New York egg prices are 7 cents higher on all sizes.
Regional and California prices are unchanged for Jumbo,
9-26 cents higher for Extra Large, 7-23 cents higher 
for Large and Medium, and 14 cents higher for Small. The
trade sentiment is firm to sharply higher. Offerings are 
mostly light to moderate. Supplies are light to moderate
for current trade needs. Demand into the retail and food
service channels is moderate to fairly good. Market 
activity is moderate to active. Breaking stock supplies 
are mostly moderate for the full to reduced schedules.
Light type hen offerings are sufficient for a normal to 
less than normal schedule.
