SHELL EGGS: Daily National Egg Market-at-a-Glance 

Prices of New York eggs are 6 cents higher on larger sizes, 
unchanged on Medium. Regional and California prices are 
steady. The undertone is steady to higher. Offerings are 
light to available. Retail and distributive demand is 
moderate to good. Supplies vary, but is mostly moderate. 
Market activity is moderate to active. Breaking stock 
supplies are light to moderate for a moderate to fairly 
good demand. Light type fowl offerings are sufficient for 
the light to moderate demand.
