California and regional prices are unchanged for all sizes. The undertone is steady. Supplies vary, but are mostly moderate. The national shell egg inventory is down 1.5 percent from the previous week. Offerings are light to usually moderate. Retail demand is moderate to fairly good, while food service demand remains light to moderate. Market activity is slow to moderate. Breaking stock supplies are generally light to moderate for mostly reduced breaking schedules. The national breaking stock inventory increase by 7.6 percent from last week. Spent hen offerings are sufficient for a light to moderate demand.
