SHELL EGGS: Daily National Egg Market-at-a-Glance 


Regional and California prices are unchanged for Jumbo,3 to 7 
cents lower for Extra Large, 3 to 5 cents lower for Large and 
Medium and 5 cents lower for Small.  Prices in New York are 
unchanged on all sizes.  The undertone is steady.  Supplies 
are mixed, ranging light to heavy, mostly moderate for present 
needs.  Offerings are mostly moderate to occasionally heavy.  
Demand is light to fairly good, usually light to moderate.  
Market activity is slow to moderate.  Breaking stock supplies 
are moderate to heavy for full-time to overtime.  Light type 
hen offerings are light to moderate; demand is light to fair 
at best.
