The undertone is weak. Supplies are mixed. The national shell egg inventory is 5.8 percent higher than last week. Offerings are moderate to heavy. Retail demand ranges light to good, generally moderate. Food service demand continues light to moderate. Market activity is slow to moderate. Breaking stock supplies are moderate to heavy for the regular to over-time breaking schedules. The national breaking stock inventory has increased 10.3 percent from the previous week. Spent hen offerings are moderate to heavy for the moderate demand.
