The undertone is at best steady to weak. Supplies are moderate to instances heavy for current needs. The national shell egg inventory is 2.5 percent lower when compared to the previous week. Offerings are moderate to fully adequate. Retail demand is at times light to mostly moderate, while food service demand is moderate to fairly good. Market activity is slow to moderate. Breaking stock offerings are moderate to available for the moderate to good demand. Breaking stock inventory declined 2.9 percent from last week. Light type hen offerings are at least sufficient; processing schedules are normal to less than normal.
