SHELL EGGS: Daily National Egg Market-at-a-Glance 

Prices of New York eggs are steady for all sizes. Regional 
and California prices are steady. The undertone is steady. 
Offerings are light to moderate. Supplies are light to more
than adequate for seasonal needs. Demand is mixed, but mostly 
moderate to good. Market activity is moderate to instances 
slow. Breaking stock offerings are light for a seasonally 
light demand. Light type fowl offerings are moderate for 
the light to moderate demand.
