SHELL EGGS: Daily National Egg Market-at-a-Glance 


New York eggs prices are unchanged on all sizes.  Regional and 
California prices are steady.  The undertone is lower in California,
steady with caution noted in the South Central, steady elsewhere.   
Supplies are mixed, usually moderate to fully adequate.  Offerings 
range light to heavy in California, light to mostly moderate in the 
regions.  Demand ranges light to fairly good.  Market activity is 
moderate, however slow to moderate in the Midwest, slow in California.  
Breaking stock offerings are light to instances moderate for irregular 
but mostly full-time breaking schedules.  Light type hen offerings are 
light to moderate for regular to reduced processing schedules.
