In this month’s report:

•	Global wheat production for 2018/19 is cut 6.6 million tons this month on a sharp decline in EU production.

•	U.S. all-wheat exports for 2018/19 are raised 50 million bushels on an improved competitve position.

•	U.S. wheat food use for 2018/19 is raised 5 million bushels to a new record high of 970 million.
