The USDA Market News Service reports fed ingredient prices for the week ending August 
06, 2019 were mixed. Soybean Meal was steady to 6.40 lower. Cottonseed Meal was 
steady. Whole Cottonseed was steady to 5.00 higher.  Canola Meal was steady to 5.40 
lower. Linseed Meal was steady to 10.00 higher. Sunflower Meal was steady to 5.00 
higher. Crude Soybean Oil was 25 to 83 points lower. Corn Oil was steady to 100 
points lower. Ruminant Meat and Bone Meal was mixed, 17.00 lower to 20.00 higher. 
Ruminant Blood Meal was steady to 65.00 lower. Feather Meal was steady. Yellow Corn 
Hominy was steady to 10.00 lower. Corn Gluten Feed was steady to 2.00 lower. Corn 
Gluten Meal was steady to 10.00 lower. Distillers Dried Grain was mixed, 11.00 lower 
to 5.00 higher, mostly 1.00 to 10.00 lower. Wheat Millfeeds were steady to 10.00 
higher. Wheat millrun were steady to 10.00 higher.

Oilseeds: The August Soybean Meal futures closed 5.20 lower at 295.10 and September 
closed 5.40 lower at 297.30. The August Soybean Oil futures closed 83 points lower at 
27.48 centers per pound, the September Soybean Oil futures closed 88 points lower at 
27.56 cents per pound. The Rail delivery of high protein Soybean Meal in Central Illinois 
was 4.00 to 5.00 lower from 293.30-307.30; Indiana-Ohio was 5.30 to 6.40 lower from 
291.30-307.30; Iowa was 3.00 to 5.20 lower from 275.10-285.30; Kansas City was 5.00 to 
5.40  lower from 285.30-290.30; Minneapolis was steady to 1.00 lower from 270.30-272.30, 
St. Louis was 7.00 lower from 319.00-324.00; Memphis was 7.20 to 9.30 lower from 297.00-
324.00; Portland was steady to 6.10 lower from 330.30-360.00; BN Santa Fe/Union Pacific 
delivered Chino Valley was 7.20 to 13.60 lower from 329.10-338.10. Cottonseed Meal FOB 
the Central San Joaquin Valley in California was steady from 265.00-285.00; Kansas City 
was steady to from 260.00-280.00; St. Louis was steady at 275.00; Memphis was steady at 
220.00. Whole Cottonseed FOB the Central San Joaquin Valley in California was steady to 
5.00 higher from 355.00-370.00; delivered to Portland was steady from 355.00-395.00; 
Memphis was 5.00 higher at 280.00. Offers for nearby delivered Canola Meal, 34 to 36 
percent protein, delivered to Portland was not available; FOB Central San Joaquin Valley 
truck was steady to 5.00 lower from 280.00-291.00; Minneapolis was 3.00 to 5.40 lower 
from 197.30-222.30. Linseed Meal in North Dakota-Minnesota steady to 10.00 higher from 
225.00-250.00. Sunflower Meal in North Dakota-Minnesota was steady to 5.00 higher from 
145.00. The Soybean Oil in Central Illinois was 75 points lower from 27.06-27.31 cents 
per pound; Indiana-Ohio was 25 to 75 points lower from 26.98-28.73 cents per pound; Iowa 
was 58 to 83 points higher from 26.98-28.73 cents per pound; Minnesota was 58 to 83 
points lower from 27.48-28.73 cents per pound. Crude Corn Oil in Central Illinois was 
steady to 100 points lower from 26.50-28.00 cents per pound.

ANIMAL PROTEINS: Ruminant Meat and Bone Meal in the Central U.S. ranged 198.00-
240.00; FOB the Texas Panhandle was 20.00 higher at 190.00; Minneapolis was steady 
from 200.00-220.00; Kansas City was 17.00 lower at 198.00; St. Louis was not 
available; Portland FOB Northwest Plants was steady from 170.00-215.00; FOB Central 
and Northern California was steady from 200.00-210.00; FOB Los Angeles was steady 
from 200.00-210.00. Pork Meat and Bone Meal in the Central U.S. was 10.00 to 15.00 
higher at 210.00; Eastern Corn Belt was steady at 240.00; Minneapolis was steady at 
230.00; St. Louis was not available. Ruminant Blood Meal in the Central U.S. was 
65.00 lower at 650.00; the Texas Panhandle had no quote; Minneapolis was steady from 
600.00-650.00; delivered to the San Joaquin Valley was 50.00 lower at 775.00. Pork 
Blood Meal in the Central U.S. had no quote; Eastern Corn Belt was 740.00; 
Minneapolis was steady at 700.00. Feather Meal in Kansas City was steady from 340.00-
350.00; Minneapolis was steady from 300.00-385.00; Arkansas was steady from 325.00-
330.00; Mississippi was steady from 325.00-330.00. 

CORN FEEDS: Yellow Corn Hominy in Central Illinois was 7.00 lower at 98.00 for rail, 
truck was 10.00 lower at 105.00; Kansas City (Northwest) was not available; St. Louis 
was not available; California rail was steady from 195.00-203.00, truck was steady 
from 195.00-203.00. Corn Gluten Feed in the Midwest (NE,IA,IL, IN) was steady to 2.00 
lower from 90.00-108.00; Kansas City was steady from 154.00-160.00; St. Louis was 
steady at 150.00, California was steady from 195.00-205.00. Corn Gluten Meal, 60 
percent protein in the Midwest (IA, IL, IN) was steady to 10.00 lower from 345.00-
380.00; Kansas City was not available; St. Louis was steady at 420.00. Distillers 
Dried Grain prices in Iowa was 5.00 higher from 115.00-150.00; Eastern Cornbelt (IL, 
IN, OH, MI) was 9.00 lower from 115.00-150.00; Kansas was 5.00 to 10.00 lower from 
135.00-165.00; Minnesota was steady to from 120.00-130.00; Nebraska was 5.00 to 9.00 
lower from 125.00-148.00; Wisconsin was steady to 4.00 lower from 125.00-138.00; 
South Dakota was steady from 120.00-136.00; Missouri was steady from 145.00-160.00; 
St. Louis was not available; California was steady to 6.00 lower from 187.00-200.00; 
Pacific Northwest mills were steady to 5.00 to 11.00 lower from 187.00-200.00.

WHEAT MILLFEEDS: Wheat Millfeeds in Buffalo, NY was 5.00 higher at 100.00; Kansas 
City was steady to 10.00 higher from 70.00-90.00; Minneapolis was 5.00 higher from 
85.00-110.00; St. Louis was steady from 90.00-100.00. Wheat Millrun delivered 
Portland was 10.00 higher at 185.00; FOB Los Angeles mill was steady to 1.00 higher 
from 135.00-171.00.

OTHERS: In the south Rice Bran, Millfeed and Rice Hulls were steady. In California, Rice 
Bran prices and Rice hulls were steady. Alfalfa Meal prices were steady across the nation 
this past week.
