In this month’s report:




•	U.S. 2018/19 rice production forecast is lowered fractionally to 218.8 million cwt.

•	Production forecasts for 2018/19 for India and Madagascar are raised. 

•	Philippines' 2019 import forecast is raised 600,000 tons to 1.8 million tons.
