   Compared to last week, steer calves and yearlings sold 2.00-3.00 higher.
Heifers steady.  Trade active, demand good.  Supply consisted of steers and
spayed heifers weighing 300-700 lbs.

   Feeder steers:  Medium and large 1&2, 300-400 lbs 166.00-176.00, few 177.00
basis 300 lbs; 400-500 lbs 146.00-156.00, few 157.00; 500-600 lbs 136.00-146.00,
few 147.00; 600-700 lbs 126.00-136.00, few 137.00.  Medium and large 2&3, 300-
400 lbs 151.00-161.00; 400-500 lbs 131.00-141.00; 500-600 lbs 121.00-131.00.

   Feeder heifers: Medium and large 1&2, 300-400 lbs 143.00-153.00; 400-500 lbs
133.00-143.00; 500-600 lbs 123.00-133.00.
