Compared to one week earlier, slaughter cows 3.00 to 5.00 higher,
Slaughter bulls 3.00 to 5.00 higher, feeder steers lightly tested, steer
calves steady to 3.00 higher, feeder bulls and heifers mostly steady,
bull and heifer calves steady to 3.00 higher, replacement cows mostly
steady.
Slaughter cows 12 percent; slaughter bulls 6 percent; and feeders
82 percent. In the feeder supply, steers made up approximately 15
percent of the run; heifers 39 percent; bulls 41 percent and
replacement cows 5 percent. Feeders over 600 lbs totaled around 12
percent.
