This week, prices remain unchanged. Demand is fairly good to good as   
buyers continue to secure product for the upcoming Chinese New Year. 
Supplies are moderate to at times short of needs. Processing schedules 
are full-time. Market activity is moderate to active. 
Prices paid to first receivers for 10-18 oz. boneless breasts at 750-900,     
bone-in legs at 450-510, gizzards at 230-250, wings at 100-125, livers 
at 182-215, and feet 125-150 cents per lb.
