Western contacts report cheesemakers who are using condensed skim to fortify. Supplies, already long, are expected to grow. Demand is stable to picking up across the country. Undoubtedly, spring holidays and spring related outdoor activities are putting some upward pressure on cheese markets. All said, the cheese market tone has been relatively steady in recent weeks.
