Note: Correction to Plainview data..

   In the Texas High Plains grain markets the bulk of bids were 30 to 
32 cents lower on grain sorghum; 5 to 9 cents lower on wheat; mostly 13 to
19 cents lower on corn.  

   The May contract closed 17.50 cents lower on corn, and 8.75 cents
lower for May on KC wheat.

   Prices paid or bid to producers delivered to country elevators as of 
3:00 p.m.   Grain sorghum quoted per hundredweight; wheat, corn and 
soybeans per bushel.

   Area North of the Canadian River:

Wheat                             4.10 - 4.30
Corn                              3.71 - 3.97

   Triangle Area from Plainview to Canyon to Farwell:
