Toppenish Livestock Auction, Toppenish, WA for Thursday 3/21/2019

   Compared to last Thursday at the same market, stocker and feeder cattle where 
mixed steers steady to weak, heifers firm to 6.00 high in a light test. Slaughter 
cows 2.00-3.00 higher. Slaughter bulls steady. Trade active with good demand for 
all classes. Slaughter cows 65 percent, slaughter bulls 1 percent, and feeders 34 
percent of the supply. The feeder supply included 62 percent steers and 38 percent 
heifers. Near 53 percent of the run weighed over 600 lbs.  
     
   Feeder Steers:  Medium and Large 1-2:  300-400 lbs 201.00;  300-400 lbs 600.00, 
Per Head;  400-500 lbs 194.00;  500-600 lbs 164.50-170.00;  600-700 lbs 142.50-
153.50;  600-700 lbs 131.00, Full;  700-800 lbs 138.00-140.00;  700-800 lbs 130.50, 
Full;  800-900 lbs 134.00;  800-900 lbs 117.50, Full.  Small and Medium 1-2:  400-

   Feeder Holstein Steers:  Medium and Large 3-4:  700-800 lbs 96.00.  Large 2-3:

Fleshed;  700-800 lbs 87.50.     

   Feeder Bulls:  Medium and Large 1-2:  800-900 lbs 115.00.
