Feeder cattle were mostly 3.00 to 5.00 lower. Demand was light; market activity and buyer interest were slow. Offerings of cattle were fairly light. Cattle quality was average. Slaughter cows made up 30 percent of the offering, slaughter bulls 3 percent, replacement cows 5 percent, other cows 2 percent, and feeders 61 percent. The feeder supply included 24 percent steers, 49 percent heifers, and 26 percent bulls. Near 20 percent of the run weighed over 600 lbs.
