Churning schedules are keeping up with current cream supplies. Cream is more available, as increased milk separation is taking place. Market participants are seeing additional cream offers on the spot market. Spot loads are trading around the 1.30s into the low 1.40s currently. Butter supplies are fairly stable in the region. Market conditions are also following suit. Bulk butter prices for domestic sales are reported 5-8 cents over the market of the CME Group, with various time frames and averages used.
