Compared to a week ago: Slaughter cows and bulls sold steady to
3.00 lower. All feeder classes sold 3.00 to 6.00 lower. Demand on feeders
moderate. Replacement cows and pairs sold mostly steady. Slaughter
cows 14 percent, bulls 0 percent, replacement cows and pairs 55 percent,
and feeders 31 percent. The feeder supply included 0 percent steers,
56 percent heifers, and 44 percent bulls. Near 5 percent of the run
weighed over 600 lbs.
