Feeder Cattle Weighted Average Report for 04/15/2019

   Compared to last week:  Not enough comparable sales of feeder steers 
and heifers for a market trend.  Trade activity was light to moderate on 
moderate demand.  A few loads of yearling steers and heifers weighing 
over 750 lbs were available in the offering.  Slaughter cows and bulls 
made up 2 percent, 1 percent replacements, and 97 percent feeders.  
Feeder supply consisted of 38 percent steers and bulls, 62 percent 
heifers.  Approximately 91 percent of the run weighed over 600 lbs.
