DOMESTIC MARKET HIGHLIGHTS

The market on frozen 8-16 lb. hens and 16-24 lb. toms is steady to firm.  Demand 
light to moderate.  Fresh inquiry for November shipments light to moderate.  
Processor offerings of 2019 frozen Grade A 8-16 lb. hens and 16-24 lb. toms very 
light to light.  Frozen 2019 Grade A basted equivalent processor offering prices on a 
national basis for 8-16 lb. hens are 92.00-100.00 cents FOB and 16-24 lb. toms 92.00-
100.00 cents FOB for current deliveries. Trading slow on frozen basted equivalent 8-
16 lb. hens and 16-24 lb. toms at 100 cents FOB. 

The market on tenderloins and fresh tom breast meat is steady, frozen tom breast meat 
steady to weak with +3 months age weakest.  The market on white trims is steady with 
a steady to firm undertone.  Offerings of frozen tom breast meat mixed ranging from 
light to instances moderately heavy, balance of white meat and white trims light to 
moderate.  The market on 4-8 lb. breasts is steady with a steady to weak undertone.  
Demand light to moderate.  Offerings mixed ranging light to moderately heavy, mostly 
moderate.  The market on institutional sized bone-in breasts is steady to firm.  
Demand generally moderate.  Offerings very light to light.  The market on tails is 
steady at best.  Demand light to generally moderate.  Offerings very light to 
moderate with tails the most available.  The thigh meat market is generally steady.  
Demand mostly moderate.  Offerings light to moderate.  The mechanically separated 
turkey market (MST) is steady.  Demand moderate centering on fresh MST.  Offerings 
light to moderate.  Trading heavy on tom necks, slow to moderate on the balance of 
items.   


EXPORT MARKET HIGHLIGHTS

Trading slow to moderate with activity reported on scapula, fresh and frozen tom
