DOMESTIC MARKET HIGHLIGHTS

The market on frozen 8-16 lb. hens and on 16-24 lb. toms is steady to weak on 2019 
production.  Fresh and frozen demand light to moderate.  Processor frozen offerings 
of Grade A 8-16 lb. hens and 16-24 lb. tom light to moderate.  Frozen 2019 Grade A 
basted equivalent processor offering prices on a national basis for 8-16 lb. hens are 
95.00-103.00 cents FOB and 16-24 lb. toms 87.00-103.00 cents FOB for current 
deliveries.  Trading slow.  Frozen basted equivalent hens traded at 95-99 cents FOB 
and 16-24 lb. toms traded at 99 cents FOB for current shipments. 

The market on tom breast meat is steady to weak, tenderloins steady to instances 
weak, and white trims mostly steady.  Demand light.  Offerings of tom breast meat 
moderate to moderately heavy, tenderloins and white trims light to moderate.  The 
market on Grade A and plant grade 4-8 lb. breasts is steady to weak with plant grades 
weakest.  The market on institutional sized bone-in breasts is generally steady.  
Demand light.  Offerings mixed, mostly moderate with plant grade 4-8 lb. breasts the 
most available.  The market on tom bulk parts is steady to firm, mostly steady with 
necks strongest.  Demand and offerings light to moderate.  The thigh meat market is 
steady.  Demand light.  Offerings light to moderate.  The mechanically separated 
turkey market is steady.  Demand and offerings light to moderate.  Trading slow.
