DOMESTIC MARKET HIGHLIGHTS

The fresh whole turkey market is steady to instances weak.  The market on frozen 8-16 
lb. hens is steady to barely steady.  The market on frozen 16-24lb. toms is steady to 
weak, mostly steady to barely steady.  Demand light centering on hens.  Processor 
offerings of frozen Grade A 8-16 lb. hens range light to moderate.  Frozen 16-24 lb. 
tom offerings from 2018 production light to mostly moderate.  Frozen Grade A basted 
equivalent processor offering prices on a national basis from 2018 production for 8-
16 lb. hens are 74.00-85.00 cents FOB and 16-24 lb. toms 62.00-84.00 cents FOB for 
current deliveries.  Trading slow on frozen basted equivalent hens at 83.00 cents FOB 
and on 16-24 lb. toms at 82.00 cents FOB for current deliveries.     

The market on tom breast meat and scapula is steady to weak, balance of white meats 
and white trims steady at best.  Demand and offerings light to moderate.  The 
consumer and institutional sized bone-in breast markets are steady with mixed 
undertones.  Demand and offerings light to moderate.  The market on frozen tom wings 
and necks is steady to barely steady, balance of tom bulk parts mostly steady.  
Demand and offerings light to moderate.  The market on fresh thigh meat is steady 
while frozen is steady to weak.  Demand light to moderate.  Thigh meat offerings 
light to moderate with frozen the most available.  The mechanically separated turkey 
market (MST) is mostly steady to barely steady.  Demand light to moderate.  Offerings 
mostly moderate.  Trading slow to moderate, mostly slow.  


EXPORT MARKET HIGHLIGHTS

Trading slow to moderate, mostly slow with activity also reported on scapula and
