Albeit, farm milk production is seasonally lower, condensed whole milk volumes are relatively available for WMP processing. Therefore, WMP production is ongoing throughout the continent. However, inventory levels are lower compared to Q4, 2018. The bottom price of the range is reflecting active WMP export to Algeria and Russia, while the top is mirroring slow trading to Brazil.
