     Whole Milk Powder - South America

     In the Southern Cone region of South America, free on board export prices for whole milk
     powder (WMP) adjusted higher, in line with recent upward pricing trends for WMP in some
     offshore auctions. The market undertone is firmer as WMP supply is below the immediate need
     from buyers. The production of WMP is active, prompted by higher farm milk outputs, while
     inventory levels vary from plant to plant.
