Daily Northeast Broiler/Fryer Parts as of 11:30                                 
                                                                                

Prices are trending steady for breast items; at least steady for dark meat      
cuts.  Wings are steady to weak. Trucklot buying activity is light to           
moderate for early week trading, however, dealers maintained balanced floor     
stocks in preparation for the competing holiday items entering the market.      
Offerings of tenders, boneless skinless breasts are balanced to adequate;       
bone-in breasts are at least sufficient.  Dark meat cuts are moderate and       
wings moderate to heavy.   Market activity is seasonally slow to moderate.
